Before contacting support

  • Confirm the power supply, sample path and consumable condition.
  • Photograph the nameplate and any displayed error message.
  • Record when the behavior began and whether it is repeatable.
  • Keep calibration gas or reference equipment certificates available where relevant.

Operating manuals, wiring diagrams, software packages and calibration procedures are supplied according to model, configuration and region. Controlled service documents may require serial-number verification.
