A clear baseline for defect coverage, service coordination and project-specific warranty terms.

Standard framework

Unless a quotation or sales agreement states different terms, Xingbaowei equipment is covered for 12 months from shipment or 9 months from commissioning, whichever occurs first.

What is covered

During the applicable period, Xingbaowei will repair or replace, at its option, parts confirmed to have failed due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal installation, use and maintenance.

What is outside coverage

  • Consumables, filters, sampling hoses, fuses and normal wear items.
  • Damage caused by incorrect power, unsuitable gas, contamination, corrosion or environmental conditions outside the specified range.
  • Unauthorized modification, repair, software changes or disassembly.
  • Transport damage reported after the carrier claim window.
  • Calibration drift alone, where scheduled calibration or maintenance is required.

Claim process

  1. Submit the model, serial number, invoice or contract reference and a concise fault description.
  2. Follow remote diagnostic steps and provide requested photos, logs or measurement records.
  3. Receive a return authorization or an agreed field-service plan before sending equipment.
  4. Back up relevant data and remove customer-owned accessories before return.

Regional and project terms

Distributor agreements, tenders, custom systems and local law may create different coverage. The signed quotation, technical agreement and applicable mandatory consumer or commercial law take priority.
